The client requested a gated area to match the existing bevel top fence to put their wheelie bins. The gated entrance needed to be quite wide in order to get the bins in and out easily. To avoid future sagging problems with the gate, I had a galvanised gate frame made to measure and attached the palings to it with heavy duty hinges and a simple latch. The inside of the area was paved with 400mm square concrete pavers. The client offered to paint the finished project themselves.
